Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 7–15 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Delays with local postal or shipping services

• Periods of high shipping volume

• Other unforeseen transportation delays

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20–25 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to appear or update after shipment, particularly while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance.
